I'm talking to someone right now and majority of the communication is done by me. He rarely calls or texts me first. Could it be that he's just not interested?

Once I get him on the phone majority of our conversations are over an hour, its just he will not pick and call first.

Many guys are just not into long phone conversations. Now if he is not calling you period, it may mean he isn't that interested. I am not sure if that is the case, only you will be able to figure that out, but most guys just really don't like to sit on the phone for hours and talk, especially if you are talking to someone within the same area. Why not just get together?
The other thing you might want to think about is cutting down the amount of texts and calls you send his way. It might be pushing him away and making him less inclined to call you.

As a general rule, guys do not communicate as well as women. He may be interested but doesn't like to initiate. Does he talk once you get him on the phone? If not, he may not be interested... I'd ask him point blank whether he is or not. If he's not, his loss and move on to better prospects.

Most guys really don't like to talk on the phone. If he's nice to you in other ways, he probably is interested. There's no way for an outsider to know for sure.

Well most guys dont like talking on the phone b/c they r shy, not b/c theyre not intersted if they werent interested they wouldnt have answered the phone!!!

None of my young adult children like talking on the phone. I don't think I would like to talk to you on the phone because you multi-task even in a personal call.

No, its a guy thing. I think its in their DNA. They don't know what to talk about, so they don't. Find a topic he's interested in and he'll talk more. It "could" be that he's not interested, but I doubt it. Only time will tell.
