I have a doctors appointment on the upcoming wednsday. I have smoked 5 times in my life and all have been the week before the week of my check up. I am under 18. Will the doctor be able to tell i have been smoking. How can i dilute my urine with stuff around the house. Can the doctor tell my parents. The doctor is also a family friend.

Will he be able to tell? - yes.
Can you dilute your pee? - Not nearly enough.
Can he tell your parents? - Of course, he's not a preist, you know.
However, a doctor whouldn't do a drug test in a routine physical, I'd assume.
If it takes you getting caught to get you to stop doing drugs though, EVEN if it's "just marijuana", maybe that's what you deserve.

Your doctor will not do any kind of drug screen during a regular check up. Just ease up and go to your appointment, it will be ok.

a drug screen is not normally a part of a physical. Relax and don't worry about it. But, if you are smart you will stop poisoning your body and your life with that crap.

If it's within several days - yes (blood test, urine test), if it was a month ago - no.
