This quote may not have much life left in it... Science may very soon be able to arrange the DNA to produce live species of the lower plants animals and the worm would make an excellent trial species.

However, the complaint upon the stupidity of man as an inventor of gods is a completely valid one... The question is simply, which of us is stupid enough to repeat the blunder and which is not; additionally who among us is fool enough to follow the creation of the fool who went before us.

So totally true... man has made many gods over the course of years. Sex, money, cars, drugs, alcohol,... the list is endless! Yeah, I had a good stereo, but did you see the new one? Gotta have it!! Yeah, that mp3 player was ok, but did you see how much the new one will hold? Gotta have it!! They've come out with a new playstation... Gotta have it!! New computer processor... Gotta have it!! The kids don't need new clothes... I need this new video game!! We'll live on leftovers and ketchup sandwiches... I need some cigarettes!

Lots of gods that will do so much for you, but still never enough! They all eventually have to be replaced by bigger and better!

Greetings Friend,

I like the quote. I understand what the author is referring to. But, I disagree with it. I think we did make this world and all that is in it.

We had a belief that we were separate from God, so we made a world full of other people and things to prove our point. What we do not realize is that it is a dream. We have never been, nor ever could be, separate from God.

We blame all the 'evil' in the world on God, but it is us that made it and we get upset about it. Instead of asking why did God let this happen, we should ask why did I let this happen? When will we wake up? When will we have a happy dream? It starts with us. The world is a reflection of us.

sending love,

Yeah, it wasn't until some years in the past that I even heard of this saying. I observed it on a acquaintances bookmark and it had a image of a plant in a pot. She pronounced that she truly liked that saying because of the fact each and every now and returned you out strengthen the pot and can be transplanted, yet different situations you in basic terms could be moved into the sunshine to flourish. the secret's to appreciate which one. in case you repot a plant that's no longer root certain the plant is perhaps to wither and die. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, if plant desires a undeniable volume of image voltaic and it truly is located in a depressing portion of the room, then it truly is going to additionally wither and die. a good gardener is familiar with what's needed and is going approximately doing it. So for me, I in basic terms have faith the Gardener. each and every now and returned i think Him getting waiting me to be repotted, othertimes i'm particular that He has moved me into the sunshine. In a simpler theory, I knew i became being prepped for repotting whilst it appeared that i became doing what i had to be doing, yet I saved feeling interested in locate this one portion of my existence. whilst i in my view sat down and theory approximately it, I knew what i had to do. For me, whilst issues seem going downhill, and that i take a seem at those tried and actual issues that I do whilst issues gave the impression to be going alongside truly nicely, I take inventory and observe that i'm no longer doing an incredible form of those issues anymore. it truly is whilst i understand i could recommit to doing those issues and hence circulate myself into the sunshine.

Not bad.

Limited lifetime, though: we'll be making worms before long.
