About 650. Yeah, it's a lot for what you get to eat. It's a shame too because they're so good!

You could try eating an apple instead, they always take away my craving for things and only have 40-60 calories depending on the size.

Good luck!

P.S. And it's okay to splurge and eat something junky every once in a while. So if you REALLY want one, eat it.

it would help to know what kind of cheese you used and how much, but lets just say you used 2 ounces (1/4 cup) of cheddar cheese. The cheese has 110 calories an ounce, and a 10 inch tortilla has 225 calories, so the quesadilla would be 445 calories according to my nutrient composition book

Are you buying it or making it?

Tacobell: 660 calories

2 10 inch white flour tortillas: 468 calories
4 tbl shredded cheddar cheese: 140 calories

Add extra for salsa and sour cream!!

You could get some lowfat cheese, and low carb tortillas, and make some at home. You will cut the calories in half, or at least by a third.
