Sure, Glock even makes 40 round handgun magazines. They just stick out well beyond the grip and are used for target practice. 6-15 standard magazine is normal, usually more than 15 rounds is an extended clip or a clip with a shorter spring where the bullets are compacted more to fit them all.

" GLOCK MAGAZINES

Like no other pistol, GLOCK pistols permit almost unrestricted compatibility of the magazines within a caliber. Standard magazines, for instance, can also be used for backup weapons. Compact and subcompact GLOCK pistol model magazines can be loaded with a convincing number of rounds – i.e. GLOCK 26: up to 33 rounds.

The innovative polymer frame of the GLOCK pistol does not require grip shells. As a result, it has
considerably more space for the magazine body and enables double-row staggered cartridge configuration. For this reason, GLOCK pistols are superior in firepower to conventional pistol models of the same size.

GLOCK magazines have a stiff metal tube encased in the proven GLOCK high-tech polymer. This
resists deformation – even when dropped from great height or exposed to extreme environment conditions.
Magazines with extended floor plates (plus 2 rounds) are available in calibers 9x19, .40, .380 and .357."

FN Five seven standard mags hold 20. Go to the World Guns they have a huge listing of handguns and details.I forget the exact models but I know I have seen some 20 round mag pistols there.I think the Steyr GB and Zamorana have 18 rounds. And there are many custom mags for normal pistols that hold 20 or more

Ammo capacity in pistols is a function of magazine size. There are even 33 round magazines for Glocks and other pistols. There are twenty and thirty round magazines for the Ruger P-89 .9mm, for example. The FN 5.7 comes with 20 round mags and a ten round extension is also available for this pistol.

The Heckler & Koch VP70Z was designed with an 18 round magazine (9mm). Other gun companies or magazine manufacturers offer super high capacity magazines for sale for a variety of pistols (Glock, FN, etc.)

I have a Glock 17 with 2 Glock 18 magazines that hold 33 rounds each. They stick out of the bottom a bit but function like a dream with no misfeeds.

You can modify a hand gun's clip for extra rounds, but i dont think more than 15 is legal. Check with state laws or they could hem you up especially with all the shootings we have been having lately.

Why would you need that many? Sort of unnecessary I think.
