Puppies, like all animals and human babies know when they are hungry and when they are full. If they want to nurse then they are still hungry. When they stop, they are full and will probably take a nice long nap afterwards. Don't stop feeding until they stop eating or nursing. Since they are peeing on each other and themselves be sure there is plenty of padding such as towels in their "box" and change it frequently. Try not to seperate them - they need each other for warmth and security. As soon as they wake up from their naps put them outside in the yard or a seperate space to poop so they learn the difference of where and when to eat and where and when to pee/poop. If you don't think you can handle it call a local vet, shelter or rescue and they will help you - you may need to find them another foster family. It's alot of work taking on what you have and don't feel like a failure if you need to pass the pups to someone else. You did good!!! Do what's best for the pups.

This, unfortunately, is a common occurrence with bottle babies. How old are the pups? Depending on their age, they need to be fed every few hours. I have raised many bottle baby puppies and kittens and they all have done it. Try separating them in between feedings. Usually, I keep the babies in a pet carrier with a safe heat source(electric heating pads can short circuit and overheat) like hot water bottles or a "Snuggle Safe", and make dividers out of cardboard so each baby has it's own "room". Apply petroleum jelly to their little "parts" to keep them from getting chapped from all of the suckling that has already been done.

It is not necessesarily that they are hungry, all puppies look for comfort from mom and litter mates. I understand what you mean about people on here thinking that it is YOU that is the problem but there are some of us who would like to help if we can. I wouldno't worry (but yes it is gross!) until puppies are old enough to go (pee and poop) on their own the way the mom encourages them is by licking. maybe that is all it is give them a couple of weeks more or call a vet and ask what to do if it is a major concern.

I'm assuming that they were seperated from their moms before the eight week minimum.
They're dogs. It's no big deal. It's completely natural as they are just trying to suckle from their mother's which is why puppies shouldn't be seperated too early.
Just make sure they are well fed. They will grow out of it as they mature.

I know it is pretty grisly, but thre's not much you can do, and it really won't harm them. Usually their mothers will lick up their urine and feces to stimulate them to evacuate, and also to keep the 'den' clean. I don't imagine this will harm them any more than it would her. How old are the pups?

I know how you feel people should not acuse you.And if they don't believe you whats the point of answering!?So...back to the topic if the dogs are doing that maybe you should separate them. Also are they puppies?I think its normal if they are and if they are adults maybe you should see a vet.Good Luck!!

Very common in orphans. Make sure you are feeding them enough. Keep them clean and stimulate them after every feeding.
