im 29 and my g/f is 20...we have been dating for 9 months now. never a fight, always puts a smile on my face and vice versa, and the nice thing with the age difference is that the older one brings in some experience, while the younger one keeps things happening.

in that 9 month span, we just started saying i love you even though we knew it for a while now.

just take your time and lets things fall into place

Depends. Socially speaking, some people might think the 19 y/o boy a "pimp" for having enough "game" to pull a 26 y/o while they might say the older woman is "robbing the cradle"...A man dating a woman that young is seen as a normal guy but some guys think it's rather odd that such an older fellow would date a woman younger than 21...it all depends on the guy and girl, their culture and what, if anything, they allow to affect their relationship. In my opinion, go ahead, they are both old enough, however, if my daughter was the younger one in the party AND still lived under my roof, I'm sorry...it proves she's not mature enough for her to date an older man---just being honest...

I was 19 when I met my (26). We both thought each other for 24ish....funny.

If you're on the same wavelength, can communicate, and he gives you the freedom to still grow, then nothing is wrong with it.

Too much of an age difference...they would be at totally different points in their lives. I know that people say that someone can be mature for their age but I think that being at different points in your life would put a strain on any relationship.

I think it totally depends on the couple and what they have in common. 7 yrs is not THAT big of an age difference, depending on the maturity level of each person.

Age is just a number. My bf's almost 19 [in nov.] (I'm 16)

I say if you love [or like] the person enough then it shouldn't matter. :)

It's a bit iffy but it could be worse. Both are adults and both should make they're own decisions.
