Last Tuesday I had my appendix removed and my eyes are still dry and my sweat is dry. I noticed that my urine is pale yellow. What's wrong?

Any tone yellow urine means dehydration. The darker the urine the more dehydrated you are. Make sure to drink PLENTY of fluids. Lots of water would probably be your best bet.

You need to contact your doctor and/or the surgeon who performed the surgery regarding these symptoms that are troubling you. I would highly recommend scheduling a follow-up appointment, if you haven't already done so. Yahoo Answers & Questions is not the best place to receive serious medical advice. I won't make a diagnosis here as I am not qualified to do so!

nothing, sounds like you are having a fairly normal post operative recovery. You are experiencing the dryness due to medications given with anesthesia during the surgery, but if your urine is pale it would indicate you are in no way dehyrated, so no worries, it will pass.

This seems like a question you should be asking your doctor. I'd suggest just drinking more fluids.
