I think this person is a little neurotic and is written in particularly bad German. Here it is:
1.Why don't you send me photo's?
2.Are you einzeln (individual) perhaps ledig (single)?

It's badly spelled and written German. It's sounds like German written with the help of Babelfish Translation. The style reminds me of some of the Nigerian scam emails I get from time to time.
