Hip Hop Abs?

Can you physically go into a store and buy this DVD? I dont want to buy it online.

If yes what store please.

If you are talking Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs, I don't think it's available anywhere for purchase other than www.beachbody.com 9unless you buy it from ebay). Sometimes after a beachbody product has been out for a while you can find it in stores, but this one is less than 6 months old.

I have it and it's a good workout. I have purchased several different workout programs from beachbody and never had any problems.

Any excersize program will help you enough fat to reveal abdominal definition as long as your diet is in check. i.e. you are eating less than you are burning and eating well balanced meals. Excersize videos are great for cardio and flexibility but they are lacking in the strength training area of fitness, so you should get a gym membership and lift weights there for resistance training, do the hip hop abs or whatever AND eat right. All of those things together will work, but you have to do them all, not just one or two.

I find that doing the Bunny Dance helps to give me those hip hop abs, but my ears get bigger as well.

yes u can buy them from stores but my mom ordered them off the tv and pays a monthly payment but these dvd r AWSOME!!I love 'em!
