First thing to do is to look up "flatulent" in the dictionary. To become a fluent speaker, I suggest reading English-language newspapers, and watching English language television.

You can become a more flatulent speaker by eating lots of beans.

You can become a more fluent speaker by practicing with native speakers.

Hi Mike! Just make sure you spend lots of time around people who are English speaking and don't be afraid to ask for an explanation if you are unsure what is the meaning. The English language is one of the most difficult ones to learn as we have all sorts of words that have similar meanings and all sort of sayings that you wouldn't know what the heck we are talking about. Good Luck!

Flatulent or fluent?

How to become flatulent? Eat beans, carrots, cabbage, chocolate, and then a big glass of milk.

How to become fluent in English? Practice and read a lot.

Read the dictionary. It will help you how to produce the English words and It's tells you what it means too.

My Dad for the other hand reads the dictionary, but he still can't read the words right because he was born in Sicily, Italy.

My Mom was born at Sicily ,Italy as well too.

Cory is trying to say that you misused the word. Flatulent means to fart. expel gas while you meant to use the word Fluent which means to be good at a certain language. Check words you are uncertain of in a english dictionary and that will help you to speak and write more fluently.

Flatulent means to fart a lot, think you want to be more fluent - you don't seem too bad; I am sure your library would have details of English lessons for speakers of foreign languages.
