Drink lots of water or other sugar-free drinks to quench your thirst and stay away from sugary juices and sodas. Switching from whole to nonfat or low-fat milk is also a good idea.
drink lots of liquid. Prefer Lime water instead of sodas or colas
If you're hungry for something, eat it. Don't deny yourself the simple pleasures. If it's possible, eat only half of what you want ...if u drink smething before say water....u wld eat half what u wld have without the water....
workes for me..
cheers

Well i LOVE toblerone dark chocolate and cookie dough. So whenever I get a junk food craving, I chew sugareless gum to get flavor and fill me up some. Also, sometimes I drink lots and lots of ice water or diet soda, and then I don't want the food anymore. Also, I never buy junk food so I never have an opportunity to eat it, even if I have a major craving. Good luck!

Well lol when I have cravings I usually eat what I want to eat which is how I gained weight lol. But what you are suppose to do is avoid doing that. What you do is you drink lots of water BUT HERE IS THE CATCH whatever you drink be it water or a health shake drink it with a straw. Drinking with a straw calms your taste buds and it satisfies them. My ultimate junk food is burgers and fries yummm pizza not so much but lately I have become a fan of subway. Beleive me they are great and a whole lot healthier than fast food. WANT TO KNOW SOMETHING FUNNY THOUGH. Sometimes you crave junk food why do you wonder? Get this, it's something I found out that is wow lol. Ok so you crave french fries right, well it's because your body needs french fries. Not really it's because your body needs iron or something in those fries and your body recognizes that ingredient in the fries so instead of saying I need iron your body says I need fries because it knows you will get those fries and in those fries there will be...?.....yep, iron. So it's not that your body wants to be a traitor to you its just that that is what you have given it and that's were it recognizes the ingredient your body is needing or lacking. Kinda of cool right? Well good luck with the cravings lol

Whenever I get the munchies, especially between meals, I always drink a large glass of water. If I'm still not satisfied, I will eat some raw vegetables and dip, or perhaps some fruit. I've found that a good way to eat healthier snacks is to always have some vegetables or fruit already cut up and ready to eat. That way, it's as easy to open some tuperware with veggies as it is to open a bag of chips. also, my ultimate junk food is chips.

There's a reason why it's called junk and that is why I don't buy it. Enriched flour, partially or fully hydrogenated oils, corn syrup and/or high fructose corn syrup artificial colors and flavorings... Yuck. It's unnatural and expensive.

I also wonder if there is some truth in the rumor that some of the chemicals in the food contain additive ingredients to get people to buy more. I also wonder if they put the "health" claims on the front of the box (like the box of crackers I recently saw that claimed they were made with whole grains) to get people to buy them because they don't count on people reading the ingredients. Yes, the aforementioned crackers had whole grains in it, but enriched wheat flour was the first ingredient on the list. I had to read down a few ingredients (I think even after some form of sugar) to find the whole grain. Recently, I saw a package of Nabisco organic Chips Ahoy. Sounds good in theory, but I quit reading after seeing that enriched wheat flour was the first ingredient. Nope. Not for me.

I do buy, on occasion, some Kashi crackers and while I've not bought them, their cookies are good, too. Also, I think they're prices are comprable to the other brands, depending on what store I'm at.

I'm happy with my fat free vegan chocolate cake (that I bake myself, from scratch) and air popped pop corn with Smart Balance light.

To curb: Drinking water and eating fruit.

Ultimate junk food: A lot, but chocolate candy or deep fried stuff are high up.

That is the question of the day :) .....I have tried many weight loss products to curb my appetite and found a solution back in April when a friend introduced me to an all natural weight loss patch. I have already lost 11.5 lbs plus several inches. My food cravings, which btw way I craved potatoe chips, allowed me to curb cravings, Stop Overeating and Boost Energy.
