Well that depends on the girl, doesn't it? There are some girls with horribly ugly faces and nice hair or chests, and then there are some grossly fat girls who actually have rather pretty faces.
If you mean which part is the most IMPORTANT, I would say the face, although ideally a girl should have a decent version of everything.

There is no one body part of a female that is more attractive than any other. Every male is different. Ask a hundred men and you will get 100 answers.
To me, the whole woman is attractive.

the face is the most important part coz even if she has a perfect body but an ugly face forget it
so face then she has to be in shape (not overweight) then I like the legs, the hips, the boobs...everything

Body part, or feature. I love a girl with big sexy eyes, but I am definatly a boob man, lol. Not saying they have to be huge, ha,ha, just nice.
