I am referring to people who have crossed the borders of the United States illegally and are living off taxpayers' money while commiting further crimes and disrespecting our country, our Flag and our people. They have no loyalty to the USA.

Since the illegal aliens are composed of many nationalities, they aren't a "race". Nationalities are not races, either, but many seem unable to see that distinction for then, they couldn't play the race card in support of illegals and really that's all they have to play.
Definition of criminal: relating to, involving, or being a crime.
Entering this country without permission is a crime. Further crimes are committed by illegal aliens who use fake documents. Violate the laws prohibiting taking jobs in the US.
Recrossing the border again after deportation is a felony.

I would exempt small children toted across the border by their parents. As juveniles, they are not responsible. However, the parent should be charged in regards to the child.

This question could have worded FAR better than it was! The race card has been learned all to well by the organizers of the amnesty movement. Fellow Americans the likes of Jessie Jackson, and Al Sharpton, (sorry kids, but I don't find anything "Reverend" about either one of you) have been trading on that card for decades now, allowing any kind of transgression to pass simply by pulling out the race card to cloud the real issue. It's not any wonder that the race card is being used to muddy the water here. It's simple, if someone crossed the border without the benefit of documentation they are illegal and don't have any rights. If someone overstays their visa, they are illegal. If someone gets smuggled into the country, they are illegal. If they beg, borrow, buy, or steal someone else's identity in order to stay here, they are criminal too. Export the illegals and jail the identity thieves!

You are absolutely correct. I am so sick of the right wing questions stating that we are racist just because we feel that an illegal immigrant should be deported and come back legally. They are criminals no matter what country they came from if they came here illegally. I will say it again, illegal immigration has nothing t do with race and everything to do with the law. If you want to come to America for a better life, then be proud enough of America to learn English and take your oath and become a citizen. Don't expect the easy life to be handed to you while there are people still waiting to become citizens who came here the right way. The only people who refer to them as a race are whites who are not fully aware of the issue, or the racist Hispanics who don't care about the other illegals at all.
If they can keep everyone focused on race and make people hate them with their degrading and racist attitudes, then the issue of legality gets lost in the issue of race.
All illegals are criminals, plain and simple. They know it so they encourage the race card being played so as to cloud the issue.
Many White Americans are very leery of being considered racist, especially the ones with a higher education. Most colleges are considered to be giving a liberal education, part of that education is tolerance of race. They shy away from any accusations of racism even when they intellectually know that is not the actual issue.

Some are responsible people who pay their own way and whose only "crime" was coming across the border in hopes of building a better live for themselves and their families.

That said, illegal immigration is a problem that I don't know how to solve, and neither do our elected officials or those who want to shoot'em.

As far a being a type of race, I suppose they could be if, for example, you define those who break the law to be within a race called "illegals". That race would include almost 100% of the population considering speeding, jaywalking, and such.

Your definition of race seems to be based on behavior. That definition is as good as any.

It seems stupid to base race on something like skin color. Some lump African Americans and those very small people called Pigmy and those very tall people called Watusi in the same race.
