i and my ex live live far each other. she got the full custody and i just get the visitations. Every time i try to go see my son, she comes up with an excuse about not to come. And every time i go to court to complain , they turn me down. i m really tired. She wants me to give up my rights. She says she doesnt want anything from me. but i have to pay my child support. if i give up my rights do i still have to pay?

Never give up your rights to your child, NEVER. Get visitation agreement set by a judge and follow it. If necessary have a police officer go with you on pick-ups and drop-offs. Make sure you have visitation papers with you. GL
