I used to drink a lot of dr. pepper and I think I got addicted to the caffiene. So I quit drinking all soda because I was getting caffiene headaches and it was bad for my teeth. But now I'm really craving the caffiene. Sometimes I start getting a headache in the afternoons at work and feel super tired, so I started drinking a half a cup of coffee and I feel better. But I know coffee isn't good for me either. I also take a lot of exedrin extra strength wich has caffiene in it.

Is there something else I could eat or drink that would give me my caffiene fix and that isn't as bad for me??

Caffiene isn't horrible for your health. It's not a good idea to take Excedrin everyday. Just take it when you need it. You're better off drinking your soda and coffee than taking Excedrin. If you're concerned about your teeth, bring a travel dental kit containing floss, toothpaste and mouthwash with you to work. After each soda or coffee, go to the restroom and take care of your teeth.

All colas don't have caffeine.U can purchase pepsi and coke without caffeine. Not drinking sodas won't stop the headaches if ur not consuming caffein.Take a headache remeby that works for u and stick with it and the headaches will go away in about 7 to 10 days or less.Lay off the coffee and tea as they also contain caffiene. In the future go ahead and drink ur caffeinated soda but once in awhile drink none caffeinated sodas like 7-up,sprite,fruit flavored sodas or non-caffeined coke & pepsi.Brush ur teeth like u supposed to and don't worry about the caffeine.

A good type, no. A good amount, yes. But that is generally less than what's in a soda. Try tea, which still has caffine, but less of it (and potentially less sugar too)

Green Tea is a healthier caffeine choice. Moreover, it has more amount of coffeine than a coffee itself.
