I can speak from the other perspective as the guy who was my boyfriend just disappeared on my without so much as a word. I haven't heard from him in a week which is not like him. So now I'm angry and bitter and he can just blow me!

That's not a good sign. You can try talking to her, asking why, what's wrong?, etc...but if she has made up her mind, all you can do is hope she changes it. She might be depressed and feel like she can't talk to you about it. She might think you might get mad, call it dumb, laugh at her, etc...I can shut down over things that few men seem to understand. Like when my cat died. I felt stupid or too stupid to tell anyone that one word about Henry and I was an inconsolible wreck. Nobody knew what was bothering me but they knew something was. You might of said something or brought up something you didn't know was hurtful to her. We keep a lot of things in. Like I was very upset the first time someone called me "ma'am" like an old bag. It's those kinds of seemingly silly conversations that mean a lot to have with a man that won't laugh, get mad, or scoff at me. I will withdraw and re-evaluate whether I can be with a man I can't talk to or not.
