I know how to pray the Rosary but I just got my first Chaplet and I dont know how to pray with it. Oh and its not a thirty bead one. It has the steel crucifix, as always, it starts with a big bead then goes to 10 small beads and it ends with a steel heart shape with Mary in it...or is it Lady Fatima? Oh and it is not the bracelet kind it doesn't connect.

You can use this as a rosary, keeping track of what decade with the mysteries. Prayer doesn't have to follow a specific formula. Formulas are only a guide. Mental prayer is a freeform version of prayer, talking to God, telling him about your life and asking for his help.
