I have a very sensitive stomach and digestive system, and I have had a constipation problem for about ten years...what is something that I can do everyday to make my stomach less sensitive and relieve my constipation?

Active Culture Yogurt is good for all digestive problems. I had a baby with chronic problems and the doctor suggested buying the culture (available at my pharmacy) and adding it to her food. It worked so well ever since I have eaten yogurt whenever I had any problems.

Have you tried digestive bitters, it's available from health food shops.
