I like your question....because it has fact.....American Indians have been here before any Europeans came here...People want and can believe all that scientific stuff....(aren't most of them Europeans who did these studies?)...same as the liars that wrote the history books about this nation.....I am from two Nations (EasternBand Cherokee and Lakota) and we are still here!...Even with the geonocide done to us...hoping we would be eliminated.......Most people who want to believe otherwise are in denial.....We are still here ...100's of Nations of Indian People

Yes Europeans are foreigners unless they apply and get United States citizenship. Yes the real natives are Native Americans. I on the other hand was born here and as such I am a citizen of the United States.

yes native Americans were here first, that would be historically correct.... however, what exactly is your point- I am not a European because I was born in the US- I am a Native born citizen of the US

THis question is so.....400 years ago. Newsflash: It's 2007.
If you have a birth certificate or citizenship papers, then you are an American. If not--then you aren't.
If you have a deed of land showing ownership in the US, it's yours and you own a piece of America too. If not--you don't own American land.
All pretty simple stuff in the good ole US of A!!!

Do you actually have a point?
You do know virtually all mexican and central americans are part spanish and are europeans too
You do realize there was a point in which people were here before the native americans also.
What you are bringing up is pointless.

I was born here - I'm not a foreigner nor a European. We all probably have some Indian blood mixed in us. BTW, were you born here? Are you willing to give up your home and become a refugee? There are only about one million Indians in America.

It doesn't make one iota of difference. The land is ours now, we make the rules. If you don't like it that's tough.
Oh and I haven't heard any of the tribes complaining that the amnesty bill failed. Mexicans aren't American Indians (USA territory) Way back in history the Mexicans fought for their land and won, congrats and go home.
