If a married man does the following: stares, initiates conversations, tries to run into a woman even if it's just to say hi; jumps at the chance to have her in his office even when he says he's "really busy", says that it's a good thing that she's always around; casually mentions that his life is dull, predictable; mentions that if she ever needs him to tell other people about her, everything would be ONLY positive; acts sad and annoyed when she leaves on vacation.
He smiles a lot, teases her; gives her more attention than he gives everybody else; hangs around to listen to her phone conversations; makes it clear that he would "never" forget one of her requests; asks to stay in touch with her (even in front of his wife) and lets her know that he is “flexible” to have her over any time; confides in her with work problems and is very willing to take a break in the middle of a work day when she visits, and continuing their conversation...
Does this mean that he is looking for an affair, and is he already emotionally involved?

They don't work together anymore, but he is very eager to have her in his office when he can and hesitant to break contact.

If he talks in front of you means he may be trust worthy, and when you get a proof of their affair then only talk with him about this matter.

Break contact cuz your just asking for trouble. Plus us woman need to stick together.I know u wouldn't want a woman to do that to u. So go find someone single..Take it from someone that did it years ago..It makes u feel guilty and u only get heartbreak out of it.

WHY!!! DOES HE EVEN NOTICE HER? because YOU ARE NOT BEING THE KINDA OF WOMAN HE WANTS !!! and WHY!!! aren't you??? do you want him to leave you? if he is worth getting jealous over then why is he not worth the effort to make him happy? IF HE THOUGHT OF YOU THE WAY HE THINKS OF HER "YOU WOULD NOT BE ASKING THIS QUESTION HERE". if you were smart you would take this chance now to change you attitude towards him because your not mad at him for what is going on your mad at your self for being so lazy in your marriage that you let him stray. be the woman he wants be what ever you think he See's in her for god sake woman he is married to YOU is he not if he cheats it will be because you would do nothing to claim your man don't be like most stupid women and just play the helpless victim you have the power to be happy .... slut it up in bed with him make him feel like the STUD MAN in your life don't ***** at him about stuff he can't fix you know your woman crap. let him be the hero give things he can fix build up his ego make him your king and be his queen nurture him and he will cross shark infested waters to bring you lemon aid. be smarter woman or just let him go.

wow. sounds like someone need to put his A$$ in check. maybe he is so comfortable in his relationship that he is taking you for granted. fix it by taking charge and letting him know if he messes up hes out. guys like a challenge and maybe he finds her challenging. Good luck though
