No, it is not true. The followers of Isis are Pagans who have chosen Isis as the Goddess they revere. She is a mother Goddess and is in no way violent. I have met some people who worship Isis and have never seen them do anything harmful let alone shed blood.

The worship of Isis became maximum human beings faith of historical Egypt, yet in addition had great followings in historical Greece, Persia and Rome. It became a reasonably straightforward historical Mediterranean Goddess cult. They sacrificed animals (so did the Jews returned then). on the 2d there are numerous Satanic cults which declare to be the unique 'historical' faith of Isis. it truly is all b***s***, yet like maximum Satanic cults a number of them are in basic terms stupid and a few others are truly nasty. i do no longer understand which Isis cult has set itself up close to you. that's certainly bogus, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it truly is as danger loose as maximum new-age inadequates are.

um, what makes you think they are an Isis cult?
Are they specifically using that name?
I know lots of Isis worshippers, none use that specific name.
As for blood shedding, you'd need to be more specific there too.. what are you talking about specifically?

Like many modern Pagan groups, they are probably generally peaceful and have great respect for the sanctity of life. If that is the case, then they do NOT shed blood.
Go and talk to them. Ask them what they believe. You will get accurate information that way. Whatever you do, I advise you NOT to spread rumors and lies about things you do not understand.

...wtf... the cult of the goddess SHEDDING blood?
If they're a true cult, no. They shouldn't be sacrificing blood... but there's tons of them out there that are moronic and take the 'an harm none' to mean everyone but themselves.
Don't get me wrong. Years upon years ago blood sacrifices were needed. We were warriors, murderers. The gods wanted blood for blood. ...Not so much anymore... at least, those of us that are peaceful.

Let me guess, you heard this from your pastor or got it off some Christian website that says all Pagans sacrifice babies. I'd be a little concerned about a religion that expects you to believe that you are actually consuming the body and blood of Christ.
