I have been having a vision multiple times of owning a ranch, a good size, raising beef cattle and horses. The house was a two story log cabin and my fiance and I were both driving new vehicles and I had custody of my kids (I am divorced and have kids from a previous marriage).

The weird thing is that my fiance, my mom, and one of my friends have all had the same vision. This was around the same time and before I ever mentioned mine.

I've had visions before and can interpret their meanings very accurately. But this one has me confused as I never had a "transition dream", something that explains how I got to were I am in the vision.

Can someone please explain what this vision means? Feel free to ask for more details if needed.

Telepathic dreams are dreams that carry a message from one person to another, almost as if you were talking with them. We tend to have this type of dream with someone we are very close to. This is one topic that has raised a lot of interest on my part. This falls into "soul mate" category.
This type of communication has no barriers, through space and time. This is unspoken knowledge, to connect ones thoughts to another’s in dreams (and otherwise too). It is the special communication that is shared on a regular basis between soul mates. Conscious or unconscious, thoughts are a projection of energy. Of course telepathic dreams can be shared by others as well.
Some people have the very same dream as the person next to them in the bed. Others have had a twin dream, with exactically the same details as a friend or relative miles away. Have you ever thought about someone, and then they call? Is it possible to be thinking of someone strongly and cause them to dream of you? I believe it is! Current scientific studies show that telepathic communication is much more successful when we are asleep than awake. Proving the theory that we may all be linked unconsciously, on a psychic level.
External influences are believed to have influenced dreams throughout the ages. Good or bad. In times of old, causing another to have a nightmare was known as an incubus attack, a psychic attack through dreams.
When you are asleep, so is the physical component of your self. The five senses, smelling, tasting, feeling, seeing, and hearing, and your ego, the controlling master, are all temporarily suspended from activity. Sleeping allows the other sense that you have, the sixth sense, to take over for awhile with out much interference. This is when both the physical body and your spiritual essence can perform maintenance simultaneously to help unwrinkled parts of your life. It’s ironic that this is the state of being that psychics and mediums practice for years to achieve, and everyone enters it every time they fall asleep.
To dream that you are at a ranch, suggests that you need to take stock of your life and what you hope to achieve and gain. The dream may also refer to your own livelihood and concerns about money.

These dream experiences that people have all the time capture my skepticism. It is easy to understand another person or see from there perspective as you can always apply your own similar experience and how you perceived what they might be interfering to.

It would firstly seem to me that you or most of your friends and family that had the same vision, influenced each other to molding their own dreams to match the others better. I mean, in the first place, it is difficult to remember the specifics of a dream and it usually becomes something of your own fiction as you make it complete with conscious fillers. And as it is probably so the dreams were all very similar in nature as you all might have experienced a similar something that gave you all a need to think deeply, in which when you sleep your subconscious will organize its thoughts and put things into perspective.

But all in all, if you are looking to why, it doesn't matter. If you are looking for meaning, well for you, it means whatever you get from it. Your subconscious will be done with this dream sequence when its done, but your conscious can take the same dream and turn it into motivation either away or towards. As far as everyone else, tell them it means that they will be working on your farm shortly and they will like it.

Why not look into making this dream a reality?
Go for a Sunday drive and start looking for this actual location in your real life. You may not get as far as owning the whole ranch, but you may find a spot of land by or near such a ranch that you can either build on or has your cabin built and ready for sale.
It's a cool dream of a possible future for you that others in your family also want for you. I think you should look into making this dream a reality.
