The 1st Christian Church?

I believe it varies from church to church (denomination to denomination).....not every "Christian church" has the same opinion on that. Most Protestant churches have what they call "open" communion and invite all believers to participate whether they are members, baptized or not. A phone call to the church you want to participate in would give you a more precise answer.

"Holy Communion" is the reception of the Blessed Sacrament (the Eucharist) that has been confected by a priest during the Holy Mass. The Blessed Sacrament may only be received sacramentally by one who:

1) is a living human being

2) is baptized

3) has proper intent

4) has fasted the proper amount of time: 3 hours is the 1962 practice that most traditional Catholics follow (some follow the older practice of a 12-hour fast); 1 hour is what we are canonically bound to by the 1983 Code of Canon Law. Viaticum -- the "Food for the Journey" given during Extreme Unction -- may be given at any time.

5) is in a state of grace, is not in a state of mortal sin. If one is in a state of mortal sin, he must go to Confession first lest he sin further as St. Paul warns in I Corinthians 11:26-30:

Therefore whosoever shall eat this bread, or drink the chalice of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and of the blood of the Lord. But let a man prove himself: and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of the chalice. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh judgment to himself, not discerning the body of the Lord. Therefore are there many infirm and weak among you, and many sleep.

The effects of receiving the Sacrament are:

1) union, by love, with Christ

2) an increase in sanctifying grace in the soul when received by a "living member of the Church"

3) the blotting out venial sin and preserving the soul from mortal sin, in proportion to the communicant's devotion

4) the rewards promised by Christ in His words, "He that eateth My Flesh and drinketh My Blood, hath everlasting life: and I will raise him up on the last day."

First, there is no such thing to be baptised in a church. One gets water baptised physcially by the church they attend and that is to show the world one is following the example of Jesus Christ when he asked John to water baptise Him.
Communion is not to be taken lightly and not be taken if one does not believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross, was buried, and resurrected on the third day for our sins. Christ made it possible for us to come to the Father boldy to ask forgiviness of any and all sins we have committed against Him, in the name of His son Jesus Christ. Communion is a commandment from Christ to remember Him and what he accomplished on the cross for our forgiveness of sins. What a privileged it is to take this Communion.
No, there are may who do not take Communion for what ever reason they choose.

No, Know one usually asks, if they do just lie a little, say your from out of town, I don't think you need to carry proof, and it isn't any skin off any human. The church would be interested in proselytizing you, for communion consumption in your future.

What denomination?? That makes a huge difference!

Most you do have to be Baptized first. And in many others you also have to go through instruction. Catholic & Lutheran I know both have classes you have to attend. A lot of the others, you would need to talk to the pastor or the deacons about it.

In the Catholic Church you have to be baptised first. But even in the Catholic Church you cannot take it if you are divorced

depends on which church. Episcopalians - everyone who is baptised. Liberal Protestants - everyone. Catholics and Greek Orthodox - only members. Jehovah's Witnesses, only if you were born before 1938 (and not all of them either)

You should be baptized

You were born in sin and so when you are baptized your life has been changed. You totally belong to the Lord

Therfore you are worthy of taking Jesus' body and blood since you have accepted Him to be your Saviour
