This may sound stupid but as a software sales specailist you will be surprised by the amount of people that purchase the full edition of XP Pro when all they need is the upgrade because they think the full edition comes with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. I don't mean morons I am talking about CEOs, Purchasing agents, lawyers, etc. As a matter of fact very few times has it been the computer illiterate. I understand that its hard for them to believe that they are paying all that money for a operating system but give me a break. Do you really think Microsoft is going to give you Office Professional free. After all Bill Gates needs the money. Billions of dollars don't go as far as it used to and even as a figure head he needs the dough. So if your one of the many that thinks Office & XP Pro are one of the same let me know why the confusion?

Boy you people are braindead. The question is why do a lot of people think Windows XP Professional Operating System contain Office XP professional programs. I am not complaining about the price or anything else. More power to Bill Gates wish it was me. I guess my question should have been why can't people read a simple question.

I'm not one of the confused, but I do find your arrogance hard to accept with you in a position supposing to help, assist, and educate your customers.

Yes I disagree with the criminally high price of windows software, and believe the judges and lawyers missed the point as usual by not requiring them to lower their prices instead of arguing about user experience and innovation. Who cares? I'd vote for a reasonable price.

But none of that translates to eveyone being an expert on what you intend to provide in fulfilling a software purchase contract.

Are you happy in your work?
