Is this a girl thing or can this affect boys too?
Is there a way to change this as i find it disapointing and frustrating, what are your experiences?

i happens to everybody......well mabye not everybody.....but ill bet $$ that there are other people w/your same problem!

a womens orgasm should last around 20 seconds
the build up should come from how u are touched...if ure touched in the right spot could be over in seconds. however if ure teased before hand and if ure partner works the way up to right spot the orgasm could be lasting. Or you could be like everyone else and different and thats how your orgasms are short and sweer. Just be happy u have one....many people dont.

Frequent ejaculators do not enjoy explosive orgasms. orgasms are in proportion to your energy stock and body stamina. If you are frequently engaging in sex then you have not high level of energy to release. so you must have your stock of amunition then you can enjoy fireworks

when you feel the climax about to hit, slow down, tease yourself and make yourself wait (or make the guy tease you by not giving you the final thrust/lick/run)
keep it in until you cant control it.

go slower - when you feel your about to achieve orgasm stop ans do something else....then go back to it so your kinda teasing yourself

with out my cap they are small but with it on it makes all the difference
