Pea and Cheese Salad
1 (12 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
1 cup chopped celery
2 hardboiled egg, chopped
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon ground mustard
In a lg bowl, combine peas, celery, eggs, cheese, radishes and onion.
In a small bowl, combine the miricle whip and the seasonings.
Stir into the pea mixture.
Cover and refridgerate until serving.

This is my mother's version, and I even used it at my restaurant. It's just 1 can of peas (NOT frozen peas) drained. A blop or two of Miracle Whip, and a spoonful of sweet pickle relish. For the cheese, stack about 8 slices of American cheese in two piles (4 slices a stack). Dice that up. Rub the cheese a bit between with your hands as you're putting it in the bowl. Stir well and refrigerate!

Pea Salad
Ingredients:
• 1 cup of onions
• 1 cup of cheese( i like my cheese shredded)
• 3 hard boiled eggs
• 1 cup mayo
• 1 can of peas if using fresh peas blanch it.
• bacon optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cut everything up and put in a bowl.
2. Add the sweet relish,eggs,and peas.
3. Mix well.
4. Then add the mayo. You may add more or less depending on how you want the texture.

3 large sweet pickles, chopped
1 (16 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
3/4 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
6 leaves lettuce
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, salt, pepper, red (or green) pepper, celery and pickles until combined. Stir in peas and cheese. Chill until ready to serve. Serve over lettuce leaves.

This is one of my favorites!!
PEA SALAD
2 (17 oz.) can green peas
1 lg. jar diced pimentos
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. salad dressing
4 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. mustard
3 hard-boiled eggs, chop 2 and save one to garnish top
Drain peas; put all ingredients in a large bowl in order that they are listed. Stir well. Slice one egg and place on top of salad. Sprinkle a little paprika on for a beautiful salad. Chill before serving.
