If you want to apply to migrate to Australia you will have to do it separately as they do not have provisinons to apply as same sex couples (it is planned though but not at this stage). You can apply to migrate to NZ, they consider same sex relationships the same as opposite sex ones, as long as you can prove you have been a genuine couple for at least 1yr. Good luck!

i be attentive to in New Zealand there are courses which you would be able to connect once you're a doctor or different mandatory professions which will help you immigrate..i'm particular you 2 could qualify. google new zealand immigration there'll be a internet site that walks you in the time of the comprehensive technique. in case you do no longer qualify I truly have heard there is like a three year waiting checklist yet Im not sure approximately that.

I'm not sure of the immigration policy's but we class same sex relations the same as opposite sex relations in New Zealand. Your relationship will be a de facto one and although you cant get legally married yet you will have a lot of the same rights as a married couple.

The current immigration policy is that no Shirt lifters allowed. Plus New Zealand is now geographicaly closer due to the Continental shelf surged upwards and over due to Volcanic activity, it would be more advantageous that you consider moving to the Land of the Long white cloud, its nice there......

I dont think you can immigrate to Australia with a same sex couple. Same sex marriages are not legal in Australia and i dont think same sex immigration couples are either..

Unfortunately you won't be able to apply as a couple but will have to apply separately to come to Australia. Homosexuality is legal everywhere in Australia with an age of consent of 16 or 17 depending on the State. Same-sex unions, however are not recognised. Some States are willing to do so but the homophobic federal government stops them.

It is very likely that Little Lying Johnny and his cronies will be thrown out at the election later this year. If that happens, expect a great improvement for gay couples. Try now by all means but if you fail, try again in a year when we should have a tolerant government.

King's Cross in Sydney will welcome you with open arms! Did you know that outside of San Francisco, Sydney has the highest number of same sex partnerships?
