The rifle is a standard issue model H-K 91. It's German Army military designation is the H-K G-3, 7,62x51 NATO. It has no other designations or names. This is the SEMI-auto ONLY civilian commercial model. The H-K G-3 is selective fire, both semi and full-auto.
AND.......
The pistol shown is NOT a H-K SOCOM mk.23, it is a H-K USP (I know, I carry one in .45ACP as my primary weapon).
A H-K SOCOM has an entirely different lower receiver, slide, AND an extended and threaded suppressor barrel. It is basically an entirely different pistol.

I not only like the HK91, I love it. Heckler & Koch Model 91 chambered for 308 aka 7.62 Nato round, 20 shot magazine, blowback delayed action, heavy and mean, good German construction and virtually indestructable. You can put a claw type scope mount on them and scope them. They are very accurate, reliable, everything positive. Google HK91 and read to your hearts content. I bought one years ago for 400 and now they sell for over 2500; don't like to take it out of the armory now as it is worth so much.
