I think there are two kinds of flirts; one kind just likes the power of getting people interested in her/him but doesn't plan to get involved; the other kind will get into a relationship but still likes to flirt because it gives them confidence they still have what it takes to attract somebody.

Do you mean how do you flirt or the definition of a flirt. A flirt is someone that flirts...How are you feeling today? You sure do look cute in that shirt, it fits you very well The color contrasts with your eyes. Wow, your eyes are so warm and soft, and your hair is so fun to touch. A flirt is someone who likes to get guys, if it's a girl interested in her and vice versa. usually they use gestures and speech to do that. like battin the eyelashes, looking at you inan erotic or mysterious way and sometimes just the way they talk to you makes them know they are a flirt.
to get a flirt to like you, flirt back with them and when you get to the next level, shower them a lot of attention. Flirts LoVe attention! that's why they flirt in the first place!

A flirt is usually someone who makes out like they are attracted, but they really have no intention of follow through.
Sometimes flirts do intend to follow through, but their past behaviour leads most to just take it as more flirting.
Flirts flirt for the sexual charge they get out of that level of intimate exchange with others. Also, if they get flirting in return, it bolsters their egos.
If you want a flirt to like you, be direct and ask them out. Otherwise they could toy with you for ages before you figure out their intentions.

a flirt is a guy/girl who likes to make ppl aroused. basically likes saying stuff that MAKE you think of sex but without incorporating it into the action/sentence. like if you were eating ice cream she would PURPOSELY sexily eat a popsicle and make you think. But to make one like you flirt back. It's quite hard to throw back flirting actions but the words are easy. Like the popsicle thing, I got nothing just stare in awe. But if she says something normal just twist it slightly and let her think of sex. EZ huh. not really but it kinda is.

haha. umm tons of girls are 'flirts', which basically means they flirt with everyone. usually it means they have feelings for like a bunch of different guys, so they flirt with all of them.
to get her to like you....just talk to her and make yourself of her number one guys to flirt with.

a flirt likes everyone of the opposite sex.
