You can not be forced to do anything. You have a choice. Are they holding a gun to your head and threatening you? Or are you just unhappy with the company you work for?

The driver is responsible for the condition of his vehicle. If you have an unsafe vehicle, you should not drive it! If driving an unsafe vehicle is a condition of your employment, then you should quit that job.

CDL drivers with clean records can easily find jobs! If you do not like the working conditions, move on to a better place!

That should be addressed to the Ohio weight master.

He is in the DOT office, or court house.

He's the man that fines the company for overloading.

The state DOT numbers are in the motor carriers atlas. They are in the web site for Ohio as well.
