if u only hav $150 i suggest you keep saving. get a worthwile one, not just the one that you can afford right now. trust me, its worth the wait

check around your cousins or friends may know of a parent that has stuffed an old one in the closet that they could be willing to just give away. save the money for new tape.

I would save up more. You are not going to get much, if any with that amount.
Unless you check out ebay and a used one.

Go for Sony. They are the best when it comes to Camcorders.
