Because every action has a reaction. If we invade a foreign country more people will be mad at us. If China invaded america, we wouldnt like China.

Because.... they believe that by going there and fighting terrorists, people in the area who were not against the US will be. Because they do like them being there and shooting at their cousin, the terrorist. They say, if the cousin wants to be a terrorist, let him. The US should not come here to shoot him. Pretty much, a very ignorant take on things. The problem the US has with this is that if you let something fester long enough, it can become a much more serious problem than when you address the problem sooner. So, instead of waiting for the US to be fully populated with terrorists, we take the fight to the terrorists and hope to disband them and frustrate them so they do not want to bother us.

It's pretty simple.
You go into another country, REGARDLESS of whether it's warranted or not, and start killing their people, they're going to get pretty angry. Anger spawns hatred, bigotry, and the desire to "fight back".
It's a WAR. I'm betting that many of the people who support it don't even look at the pictures...pictures of little Iraqi children lying dead in the street---not suicide bombers, just innocent kids. There is a heartbreaking picture of a 5 year old girl, dead in her pretty little dress.
Imagine of that had been your little girl, killed by U.S. fire. How would you feel?
The anger that spawns from war is terrible. I am honestly surprised we didn't have more Japanese terrorists after we bombed the hell out of civilian city Hiroshima, full of regular citizens, babies, kids...
At any rate, I am not suggesting that the U.S. is always wrong, or on the wrong side. I am just saying it's kind of impossible NOT to spawn terrorists and America haters when American soldiers are following orders to kill the bad guys and kill civilians (women and children) by accident. I support our troops. I do not support the war.

not true....they must be democrats...who say that
there will be more terrorists because of more terrorist invasions, while we sit around and do nothing about it..
the US is trying to fight the terrorists....they are in Iraq because Al Queda is there...but the stupid democrats want to have tea parties with terrorists,...so the next time they get into the white house...we will have another terrorist attack here...because they are too stupid to understand terrorism...
