I am starting to do 3 hours soccer training on monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday. Also I have a match which goes for 70 mins on Saturday. Sunday I rest my body. I was wondering if doing this amount is alright for a 15 year old and also if I wanted to work out my muscle groups in the gym could I do that on top of my soccer practise?

You could burn yourself out after a certain amount of exercise. Everyone is different. 3 hours seems excessive. After awhile you'll break yourself down instead of building anything. Do the work out in the gym instead of the other workout.

listen to your body. it will tell you if it's too much. I'm sure Olympic athletes train more than you are.
