Only one way is you need to inform to your internet surfing company and they will take legal permission for your desired web sites from gevernment. And you will be able to access because those all have been blocked by government not by local surfing company.

Unfortunately, your government is doing this for religious reasons. Short of moving to a less oppressive country, you're beat.

Move to a more liberal country like Saudia Arabia.
