Generally their fashion style (And I don't mean short skirts or low-cut tops) and their general facial expression. Of course the body matters later, but at the start of a relationship that's what'd matter to me.
For instance, my first girlfriend was okay looking (Which isn't bad), but the thing that really got me into her was the way she'd smile. She did have braces, but to be fair, if you can smile well, it'll just look cute.

Besides her physical features, I would say the sexiest things about a woman is her intelligence and sense of style. She could have a pretty face and a tight body, but if she is dumb as a brick, then she will easily go from a 8 to a 3 real quick.

The sexiest is when she's just classy in public - sexy, but not slutty, flirty but not whorish. I don't want people looking at her and thinking she's some ***** ho - I want them to think I have a classy chick.
