In my opinion spirituality is a personal connection to your soul. Some may call it sub-conscience, and spiritual growth occurs expediently as you seek the truth. That would mean that there are as many kinds of it as there are people on this planet at the very least. Unfortunately there are those that think everyone should believe in a particular belief system and shun those that do not subscribe to there beliefs. That is an excellent question and there are some very brilliant minds that have asked the same thing. To conclude I do not believe that spirituality has very much in common with religion. hope this helps. God Bless

We all, instinctively, know that there is something 'else' which is pulling us to find out what 'it' is...this is spirituality. It is a personal quest which has defined many ways, but ultimately, only you will know which is 'right' for you!
