Im cooking Hamburger helper and I forgot to drain the hamburger and I put everything like the milk and water and pasta in there..is it still going to taste okay?

It will be somewhat greasy and the sauce may tend to separate but it will be edible.

I'd pitch it if I could. I guess your best next bet might be to refrigerate it and see it the grease comes to the top and then get rid of as much as you can. Don't know if that will work. It's worth a try. If not though, I wouldn't eat it.

It might not thicken up to the consistency you're used to, but should taste fine.
