It might mean that she would go out with you sometime in the future if you gave her a good invitation, but it also means that she isn't really into-you. It's not a good sign. If she wanted to go out with you, she'd either say yes, or that she'd like to go out but she has something else going on and can't go out right now. You can wait to see if she shows any interest or suggests something, now that she knows you're interested. If not, move on.

"We'll see means NO", NO for now, but she is contaplating maybe she might in the future, but that means NO !!

She's either playing hard to get so you'll be even more into her, or she's not interested and wants to let you down softly. If she really like you, then she'll approach you now she knows you're interested.

It always means........WAIT FOR IT......um.....................................NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Whenever you ask a girl out, she will say immediately yes if she really wants to be with you. If she says "she will think about it" that means she doesnt want to hurt your feelings, so she can get you to go away, shut up, and never see her again. She will hide too.
