I try to exercise regularly, and if I'm not doing that and I still need to relax I find a calming piece of music on my ipod and close my eyes while I listen to it.

use lavender oil and have a cool bath. then go to your bed turn on the most relaxing music light candles if its night and turn off the lights. moisturise with a body shop cream and have a sleep!!! try it its very effective.

Pray. Call my Mom or sister. Hug my baby. Listen to music. Take a candlelit bath. Take a walk. Go to the lake and sit a while. Get a good long hug. (((hugs))) Also, I quietly say the name of Jesus. It really helps.

First you need to realize that you are mortal & won't live forever so why making your life complicated? Try to enjoy each present moments as a gift of God.
Exercise can help.(walk or swim).
Minerals like magnesium can reduces stress.
Herbs like valeriana , passiflora, hops flowers,
will reduce your axiety as well.

Well, I take pills. Klonopin by day, Xanax by night. Without them I'd be a basket case because I have both Panic Disorder and PTSD.
