how to uninstall avast anti virus, theres no unsitall button and cant remove from control panel?

Did you try to uninstall it from Add and Remove Programs?

Right click on "start" button. search for "avast". Delete any that are found. Empty recycle bin. Restart.

Run the setup MSI again, should have a repair and remove box...
