I don't understand the product Alli. If you consume more than a certain amount of fat, then you will have the uncontrollable urge to go to the bathroom and release the fury.
If you take it normally you can't release normally.
This product seems to be just as bad as accutane for clearing acne.
Is weight loss really worth losing control of your bowels? Does anyone else find this disturbing?

BTW I don't use the product, I just read the pamphlet. It's just wrong!

It must be an interesting weight and balance to figure out in the beginning what amount to eat is too much.

That's a pretty strict calorie/diet regimen. If everybody followed that regimen without the product, we'd all be healthy. Though, this diet pill gives you more of an incentive I guess.

I think all diet pills are interesting. I don't use any of them. If you look at the fine print of most diet pills, they say that typical weight loss is only 3 pounds. That is, if you don't combine taking the pill with proper eating habits and exercise.

I don't agree with 3 meals a day. I actually eat 7 small meals throughout the day. I'm obviously not hungry, and those 7 meals are no bigger than my fist and they are well balanced. With exercise.. this plan works great.
