There are two steps in that quote from the Bible, 1st. "Look" That is not a Sin. 2nd "Lust" That is a Sin. Lust is one of the
fruits of a carnal person; Gal.5:19-21, and is an enemy of God, Romans 8:7.

If a man looks upon a woman to whom he is not married and has no intention of getting married and in his heart he says "I don't care what God says, if I could get away with having sex with that women and no one knew about it I would do it in an instant" then that man is either committing adultery or fornication in his heart.

The principle that Jesus was communicating in that portion of the sermon on the mount was that it was not good enough just to refrain from committing sin. If one relished the idea of committing sin in their mind then God who know the thoughts and intents of the heart is not fooled by their outward actions and they are guilty of having sinned because the only reason they didn't commit the sin was to appear to be righteous to others. That's just a further reason why we all need Jesus to be our Savior.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13 And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

14 Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Matt 5:28 ESV The point is that no one can say that they are without sin or can earn their way to God's favor. We must see ourselves as helpless and in desperate need of a Savior. Rather than trusting in ourselves we rest in Jesus Christ's fulfillment of the law. All that God demands Christ fulfills.

seems to me like,
popping wood so to speak,
on purpose, as everytime without your wife,
see your taking away from her, see thiers the sin
HE justly judges
the glory of a man is his woman
do not dishonour her
if you do not have a wife you have one less glory
HE has Risen
