I am in another country so I need to have my brother go to my parents house where I set the photos aside. He needs to take them somewhere to have them made into a calendar. Where can we do this?

You can print a calendar without photos, but with spaces for the photos, or you can buy one (I have seen them in the past.)
You can also buy a cheap calendar, cut the part with the dates from the pages and add that to empty paper. You can than past in any photos.

But if your parents are not to know that the photos are used, have them scanned and printed, copied or make extra prints from the negatives.

Most photo labs (at least they did) can either print them in house or send them out to be made. You can also try a store like Kinko's if you have a store like that.

I don't know if you have a Walmart where you are , but their photo shop can do it. If you don't, just about any photo shop can so this quite easily.
