Ok look at it this way..
1. would you want your bf being jacked by some girl just cause he got drunk...ie your situation
2. would you want your bf fingering some girl cause he got her wet?
Let your answer to those be your guide, if you would be mad at him for them, then yes you cheated. If you are ok with it but have not told him about it.. well then you are not really ok with it so yes you cheated.

Woah, what were you doing getting "hot and heavy" with a guy that isnt you boyfiend. Jacking a guy off who isnt you boyfriend is definantly cheating...any form of flitatous behaviour is cheating (this includes kissing) you need to tell him that you were unfaithful and learn how to be FAITHFUL.

Whether or not it's actually cheating would depend on what your boyfriend thinks. But if my girlfriend did that to some other guy, I would probably be looking for a new girlfriend.
The thing is sexual contact is sexual contact whether it involves intercourse or just touching. And sexual contact with another person while you're in a relationship is cheating in my book.

the guy took advantage of your drunken state, and probably your vulnerable age, stay away from alcohol and guys like him or it may lead to something worse, and it may be a good thing to tell your boyfriend if you think it will not remain a secret ,if you are too upset by it or something, because he will know something is up
