I've noticed that a lot of your questions seem to encourage many anti-Israel remarks. Perhaps you should think more carefully before posting them.
As for who 'won': Israel had no choice but to go in and try and stop the terrorists. The rest of the world condemns her for this but it's hypocritical, because all countries have the right to defend their citizens from terrorism. Only when it's Israel does the world complain that she's 'aggressive'.

In all of the Israeli past wars, Israel was able to conducts its wars on the enemy ground by the1st strike ability using its air power. In Lebanon war, Israel was forced by 7000 Hezbollah well trained fighters to use Israeli ground for the 1st time. This war is a pretax for an all out next war with Israel where Israel must fight its next war on Israeli ground and its terrifying the Israeli military institutions as well as the Israeli civilians. Hezbollah missiles were all over Israeli cities for the 1st time in Israeli wars.

who caused more damage CANNOT be used to measure who win the war.there are strategic win in war.during WW2 the germany had inflicted heavy losses to the russians in the western front.it is estimated that almost 10millions russians died compared to about 2 millions germans.but in the end who win the war?in the Coral Sea Battle between US navy and imperial japanese navy both side suffered heavy casualties with the US navy lost USS Lexington and USS yorktown suffers damage.the japanese had not lost their carriers but they were unable to proceed with the next attack to secure new guinea and also had 2 carriers damage and were unable to involved in the battle of Midway where they eventually lost.
so for the lebanese war i will choose the hezbollah.hey everybody knows that!

I don't think that the one "who cause more damaging" won...
Israel had two goals:to free the soldiers and destroy Hezbollah...They didn't reached any...So just because they killed thousand innocent civilians and destroyed Lebanon's infrastructure it doesn't mean that they won...
As for Hezbollah...well they did avoided another Israel's occupation of Southern Lebanon and gained more supporters,so I guess in some way they did scored a victory...

If you are talking about Hezbollah and Israel, I would say the French. They now occupy a swath of land in Southern Lebanon and now they think they can command the Lebanonese army.
If you are talking about Lebanon and Syria, I would say Syria.
