I have Windows XP OS. installed Office 2003, but recently when i try to open Word,Excel it's popping me a error, saying that "Can't access.The Document may be read only or encrypted"..

The wonder is i can open & create new files, but i can't open the saved files.

I tried reinstalling the total Office, but still facing the same problem.

Any solutions for this rear problem..? Thanks in advance

Try copying some of the files to a different folder?

What changed on your pc when this occured?

Almost sounds like you added a 'digital signature' and secured the documents.

make sure tat u don save ur files in read only format
