Hi,
I have a paternal Aunt and a maternal cousin who have been canadian citizens and living there for well over 30years, (my aunt much longer than that).

I recently heard that even such relations can now sponsor a relative of 37years of age for Canadian Immigration. How true is it?
I would appreciate if someone can send me a link to a page in this regard on the official Canadian website.
Thank you.

A cousin and an aunt can request for a petition of a relative but must prove that they will be able to shoulder the expenses when already in Canada.
