I've been hired by a company to be a Force Protection officer in Kuwait. I'm actually really wanting to go to Qatar and work for a different company doing basically the same job but they are dragging there feet right now in Qatar because the Army switched contract from DynCorp to ITT Systems. Anyways, now that you have the background... Here's the real question: Once I get to Kuwait on a work visa and start working and then ITT in Qatar wants to hire me. How easy is it just to leave Kuwait? I know I may not be able to just go directly to Qatar from Kuwait...but will there be a problem just to leave Kuwait per the work visa?

The company in Kuwait could file a breach of contract against you and damages could be claimed arising from the said breach. However, the judgment of the case could only be implemented in Qatar if allowed by their Rules of Court.
