could just be NYC garbage. OR Art. OR - hell, if your're that concerned, call 911.
looking at the footage it appears it was some type of table - somebody selling knockoff rolexes or gucci bags probably.

wow just looked at the cam and some guy walked passed and bent over and was staring at them, apparently the locals think they do so yea I do.
